Rented a scooter for a few hours from Montreal Scooter and had a blast. Affordable rates and they provided everything we needed. Really chill staff who were very flexible with the times we needed. Recommended
Montreal Scooter is an amazing way to visit the city for first timers, residents and tourists! Jerome and staff are amazing, friendly and will make you feel comfortable to ride the scooters for first timers like myself!
We rented the Honda’s for the day to tour the city on our own and loved it! The service was exceptional and the scooters themselves were in excellent shape. Definitely one of the highlights from our trip to Montreal. We will definitely be back and...More
An amazing date with my husband, re-discovering our beautiful city. Scooters are beautiful and clean. Jerome the owner takes the time to explain everything and even offers you a bottle of water or San Pellegrino before your ride.

All the reviews are true. This truly is the best scooter rental company. You are getting a premium experience. Prices are not cheap but very fair considering the quality of the scooters. Once you experience the quality helmets and scooters, you forget about the price.
We took a three hour tour and it was the best! Our tour guide Christelle was really nice and knowledgeable! We really sawost of the city and checked the market which was amazing! We really had fun! cheers!!

Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young
professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.

No, a class 5 driver’s license is sufficient for our 50cc Honda and Vespa scooters. Some provinces also offer a special moped or scooter license, referred to as a class 6D in Quebec but possibly under different names in other provinces. The Quebec class 6D license allows you to drive 50cc mopeds and scooters only, and nothing else. A motorcycle license is required to rent our 150cc, 200cc, and 250cc Vespas.

1) Between April 1st and October 31st the city offers several dedicated and free parking areas for motorcycles / scooters in and around the downtown core (Ville-Marie Borough). Do a search of the City of Montréal's website under motorbikes and parking.
2) In general the City of Montréal is pretty lenient when it comes to parking for scooters and small motorcycles. You can also park at the beginning or end of regular metered parking zones as well as in the open area at the end of Bixi stands. Just don't go beyond the part of the sidewalk where it starts to curve, then you'll get a ticket because you are impeding the area for pedestrians.
