Hi Michele the 30 min window to dock together with the damaged touch screens added to their inability to rotate bikes at damaged sites makes it tough. I believe if you could access their app you could be able to access a 15 min extension to find another site to dock. Still the 30min hire window is tight. We went to Boston after and although bikes are 50c dearer they have a 2hr window before docking, so much easier. I didn’t look further in Toronto for alternatives as we left the next day.
