Great little day or half day trip over to the islands! Even if its a wet day the islands are great little escape from the city for a few hours.

If you go to visit Toronto, you can't forget to go to the Toronto Island. It's not specially expensive, and there you can see the Toronto's Skyline. Good place to take pictures.

The fascinating huge park where you can relax, have launch, walk and enjoy the lake! The weather in summer was absolutly great! There are also different kinds of birds and trees which you may see for the first time in your lifetime

Toronto Islands are a great day trip from Toronto. Biking, walking, enjoying the sights and parks. I have yet to see a good food place there.

The Islands are not just a summer attraction, you can visit all year round as the views are amazing and the Island has some lovely walks! Try to stay a little later so you can see the lights of Toronto at night

Hi the ferries do run you can check the city of Toronto website. Or simply do a search under Toronto Island ferry schedule Have fun, call the Rectory Cafe to book a table for lunch
