We attended Cosi Fan Tuttle at the Toronto Opera. The production was excellent. The building is beautiful and the acoustics seemed great.

If you want a lavish production see the new Canadian opera " Hadrian". World class singers but not world class music. The first act was interesting colourful and more dynamic than the boring second act. Leave at intermission. On the other hand one can't argue...More

We just attended the opening of Anne Bolena with Sondra Ravanovsky. We heard her perform this role at the Met 2 years ago. This production lacked none of the emotional impact. Voices, lighting, acting and attention to detail made this a stupendous success.

The venue in Toronto is exquisite. The story and the music were consistently very good. The performances were also very good.

We took my elderly Mom to see Norma as she is an opera buff and were not diappointed with the quality of the performance and the excellent acoustics. The building itself is very nice but not beautiful as some opera theatres built many years ago...More

We've been COC subscribers for 20 years. Norma was one of the best ever! If you like opera, you need to see and hear this presentation! All I can say about the lead performers and the orchestra is Bravo!
