What fun. The volunteer staff love what they do and it shows. Rich in history, the little village is a great way to spend an afternoon. Also, there is a town hall and church, so sweet for weddings.

I loved it here! If you are familiar with other pioneer villages it is the same thing. Free admission and all done by volunteers and donations. So informative about the smaller towns in northern Ontario. Just loved it!

the museum closed for the season on Aug 28, 2016. I had no trouble finding the website. Google Founders Museum Thunder Bay to find.
