Lovely conservation area on the Bruce Trail. Rock outcroppings, spring flowers and woods. A little of sanctuary in the out stretching city of St. Catharines....straight up the road from the Outlet mall and on your left. There is parking available.

Simple trails for all ages. Trees, trails, nice and relaxing atmosphere. Interesting class room area, open areas and long drive way. Park where you want. Good place to take the dog for a walk, or yourself.

The Bruce Trail winds through Woodend Conservation Area. I was there twice in October. It is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. Nice views of the Niagara Escarpment, the agricultural lands below and Lake Ontario.

Dawn, usually 8 am, to dusk. By parking outside the entrance, one is still able to access the trails as it is part of the Bruce Trail system.
