Great museum to learn the history of the Welland Canel system. The have a large bridge where you can watch boats as the use the lift lock there.

The museum was closed by the time we got there, but we were still able to watch the barges come through the locks. It was really cool watching the operation.

My favourite part of this museum is access to the archives. I enjoy research. Interesting exhibits for locals. Great gift shop. Unique gifts.
