Informative signs are posted throughout this hike to help share info about the wildlife and the different habitats one encounters. When trees had fallen over the path, the trunk blocking access has been cut away to allow easy walking. I was disappointed it was not...More

You can arrive at the beach in two seconds or take a short walk around through the trees. It is a lovely beach and surrounding environment special to the island.

This is a nice natural area, very clean, nice not to see any litter on the trails of the beach. Beautiful sunny day, much enjoyed.

Fish Point Reserve is fantastic. It is about the same latitude as ROME! Next time I go there I will bring food and stay the whole day. Pristine in every way- no signposts even- which was a bit of a challenge to get back to...More

I really enjoyed hiking the main path in this nature reserve. It was cool to reach one of the most southern points in our country. I enjoyed hearing the sounds of the crashing waves throughout a good section of the trail. It's very peaceful.

We really enjoyed our hike at Fish Point. The weather was great and beach was perfect, we swam on the west side of sand spit, water was clean & clear.

Easy and pretty walk along the beach to as far south in Canada as you can go. Lovely to do. Watched some newly hatched snapping turtles walk to the water. Cool.

Walk the trail and then down the beach. We left our bicycles at the trail head. I wish I had my running shoes or sandals it would have made it easier on the beach.

Follow a clearly marked walking trail to the southern-most point in Canada. It's a spectaular view, very clean and, if you're there early in the day, a great place to break out a thermos and enjoy the first coffee/tea of the day as the sun...More

Nice walking trail gets you to the tip and the beach is very nice (though the water is dangerous so you can't swim). It is a rock shore/beach so I suggest sandales if you want to walk along the waves.

There is a taxi service that can take you all over the island. They charge a flat rate of like 15 bucks I think. 519-325-8687 is the number!

That would be a long walk ! Best take bike from Ferry to trail and then walk through the reserve.
