Beautiful way to spend an afternoon experiencing nature and what makes Pelee Island special. Lots of birds, gorgeous shoreline and great walking trail. Wooded trail still feels like the beach and also includes a boardwalk over a boggy wetland. Contrasting ecosystems to view as you...More

Great walk with placards that describes some of the special flora and fauna. Go for sunset. It will be special.

Stop at the Fox Pond, and stay quiet. You will hear all the sound of nature, and wonder how we miss all that in the city. Lovely place to visit.

You can arrive at the beach in two seconds or take a short walk around through the trees. It is a lovely beach and surrounding environment special to the island.

This is a nice natural area, very clean, nice not to see any litter on the trails of the beach. Beautiful sunny day, much enjoyed.

Fish Point Reserve is fantastic. It is about the same latitude as ROME! Next time I go there I will bring food and stay the whole day. Pristine in every way- no signposts even- which was a bit of a challenge to get back to...More

There is a taxi service that can take you all over the island. They charge a flat rate of like 15 bucks I think. 519-325-8687 is the number!

That would be a long walk ! Best take bike from Ferry to trail and then walk through the reserve.
