We stopped in a couple of times, one to use the open walkways and public viewing areas and another to go down and use the other platforms and tunnels. The tunnels and lower viewing platforms are amazing. We visited when it was very cold so some of the arches behind the falls were full frozen up and blocked but we still got great views and experiences from those that weren’t. We went first thing in the day and then at night to view the falls in the dark and the fireworks. Given the time of year, it was never really particularly busy and it was a great way to experience the falls. We used the cafe once and got a couple of small things from the shop. Both had plenty of options and while pricier given the location, were less pricey than we anticipated.

the Table Rock Welcome Centre is a multi-level observation complex located right next to the Horseshoe Falls, it contains all the typical touristy things (Gift shops, restaurant, etc) and you can also purchase your tickets for Journey Behind the Falls. There are plenty of walkways and public viewing areas outside lending great views for taking photos. Keep in mind this is a popular tourist spot which equals pricey everything.

We had to come here to do Behind the Falls and The Fury. They are positioned at the brink of the Horse shoe Falls. You also come here for the Maid of the mist tickets. There are gift shops, a restaurant called Table Rock and other little takeout restaurants. It’s also an information centre. The bridge going across is decorated with lights hanging from the ceiling and decorated trees. It’s a place worth visiting. I never even knew this place was here till I went to do Behind the Falls.

The bathrooms here are pretty clean. You can get food, coffee, gifts etc in here. It’s also the home for Niagara fury and journey behind the falls. Both are part of the wonder pass. WeGo arrives and leaves here every few minutes.

Table Rock Welcome Center is located directly behind the absolute best views of Horseshoe Falls. The views are close up and awe spiring. It was fairly hot out the day we went, so we appreciated the opportunity to step into the air conditioning for some shopping, coffee and snacks. The staff was very helpful and kind as they noticed us with 2 young kids and gave us suggestions on where to sit to get away from the crowds so we could enjoy our food.

Incredible visitor/welcome center. This is really well planned out. Just in front of the visitor center there is incredible views of the falls. There is also a food court, a restaurant overlooking the falls and we saw them constructing another restaurant/wine bar in there. The gift shop is very large and has touristy stuff but also some pretty great photos and art work. The visitor center is also the starting point for Journey behind the falls and the movie Fury. It also is very close to the incline ride and the Nikola Tesla monument. Really well planned out. Oh and there is also a maple syrup shop in there and you can taste test some, very fun.

The views outside of this area are amazing. The welcome center itself is an easy walk from the Rainbow Bridge. The prices inside are all heavily inflated. I would not eat or purchase souvenirs here if there is any way that you can avoid it.

There are a lot of things to do around the area, one day was not enough, explore the the Niagara Park and it's power station, Journey behind the falls, Floral showhouse, Dine in their restaurant, do some souvenir shopping and more. Some of the options of getting here are by private car, group tours, and Wego Bus. It is better to stay a night or two to enjoy it fully

Table Rock on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls is the place to go to see breathtaking views of the Horseshoe Falls, in addition to being the launch point for The Journey Behind the Falls, which gets you SO CLOSE to the falls. Table Rock has dining choices as well, we ate at the restaurant and had a nice meal. Some tables have a window view of the falls while the patrons dine. You may have to walk a bit, there are several parking lots across the street but they fill up fast, we parked in an overflow lot about 3/4 mile away.
