What a beautiful, quaint park! I really like how the park is situated in the middle of the city - minutes away from wonderful restaurants and shops. Very pleasing this time of year with the changing leaves!

We loved our strolls through this beautiful and well manicured public garden located across the street from the Lord Nelson Hotel and Suites. It's free and definitely worth a visit!

This is a great place for scenic waterside views and attractive gardens. A very pleasant place for strolling around and bring your own picnic for a scenic lunch, weather permitting.

This was our 4th visit to the Halifax Public Gardens. We have visited the gardens just after a hurricane, when so many of the old trees were blown over. Now it is once again pristine, and a wonderful place to visit.
