Love the beer. They have craft beer that tastes like 'beer" If you like beer that is a bit 'hoppy' try this beer. Staff was very friendly.

Stopped by to check it out and support another good craft brewery. What a great spot it turned out to be. Beer is excellent. One of the three best we've tried in NS. Others are Tatamagouche and Heritage. Staff here were amazing, location and facility...More

Nothing special about the tour of a microbrewery (one is much the same as another) but the tasting at Boxing Rock was great fun. Sampler tray included 4x4-oz. glasses of one of the South Shore's great little beer producers. Hunky Dory is the only beer...More

If you have the time, take the tour - it gives a good overview of how they make the beer and the history of the brewery rather than a generic overview of how beer is made (which is generally the case at larger breweries). Plus,...More

The tour is over priced but the beer is good. The ambiance is ok and they have a food truck like canteen out front. The service is good and they have some great beer with good variety.
