Very helpful staff who could answer our queries with charm. An excellent range of maps and brochures which revealed to us some unexpected attractions around St Johns and other parts of NL.

There is a lot of information available here and the staff was helpful with ideas & suggestions. The Legend Tours van makes a pick-up stop here as well.

Staff at this visitor centre were friendly, attentive and most practical in suggestions for a 3-4 day itinerary over our downtown stay.

Standard room with brochures. No washrooms. I'm not sure why this is so highly rated. Staff is great if you need help but otherwise not worth a stop.

The visitor information center of St. John's was staffed with extremely helpful and well informed folks. They were definitely overworked but maintained their cheerful and professional work. There were a lot of helpful brochures with suggestions for self guided or paid tours.

Couldn't get information, staff was swamped with tourists. You can walk the whole Main drag in under an hour. Come back along the waterfront
