You can walk it or drive. There is a cost for parking at the Forks, although there are some parking spots that are free. We found one when we were there, but it was just lucky we got it. The museum will cost you, but it is... More

I have noticed other boats at different times some with families,parked their for a couple of hours.I would check with travel Manitoba.
