Worst customer service ever

Do not rent there! The guys working there have no idea about customer service at all. We had to adjust the bikes by ourselves, had to return to the shop twice to get bikes with at least working gears. No word from them, just shrugging...More

Electric bikes

We hired out 4 electric bikes to ride around Stanley park and it was a brilliant thing to do and a bargain at $8.50 per bike. I would highly recommend this company
