Located just behind the Anglican Cathedral, Cathedral Place offers a quiet place to seat and wonder at the contrast between the Cathedral and the surrounding high rise buildings. Extremely pleasant.

This is a lovely area of town, with a beautiful cathedral, and a million high end shops. The buildings and architecture are quite striking to look at. A very nice area to walk around town.

Do not confond this one with the ugly Cathedral Square. This place is attractive and there are some nice shops and hotels in the nearby. You can also see some interesting buildings, the Chistchurch Cathedral and some galleries and museums.
