This farm is no longer open to visitors, but I made an appointment to pick up an online order and the products are still as lovely as they’ve always been!

They sell all of their products on their online store, and you can still find select products in person and Unhinged Boutique and Quails’ Gate Winery.

Lovely place to stop in and take a tour. Would recommend the tour to learn. Inspired now to go home and garden!

I found this place on the Lonely Planet, as read in the guide I decided to go there for family walk through the lavender fields. Once I was there I discovered that to visit the field you have to pay 15$ for a one-hour guided tour. My son is only one year old, he is too young for a one-hour tour under the summer sun, so I asked the staff to let us visit the fields by ourselves paying the entire fee of the guided tour. Unfortunately the are really rigid and we had to go back home… We were really excited to walk through the lavender field with our baby boy but we had a great delusion. They should be more flexible with the families and the tourists…

Hi there, our sincere apologies that your visit to the farm was disappointing. As we are a farm that produces all of the ingredients for our products, it is critical that we limit the amount of visitor traffic in our gardens to protect our crops and ensure they are harvested in a timely fashion. We do have several options for visitors wishing to explore our farm, they include a 10:15am Busy Bee Tour which is child centred, 2 guided tours each day and a 4:00-5:00pm Garden Wander available for those wishing to explore the farm independently. As the summer season is coming to a close, we will be switching to fall hours after Labour Day and visitors can find all of the details on the "Farm Visits" page of our website.

Even our young (8 years old) grandson enjoyed the lavender and herb farm. The tour is extremely informative. Their shop is filled with wonderful (albeit pricey) items.

Loved the tour of the beautiful garden, it's not just Lavender and so knowledgeable about herbs and their benefits. Unfortunately the lavender was harvested already in August but the garden was still beautiful. The little shop is full of amazing products!

Visited with my mom and was a bit underwhelmed. It was disappointing to see you had to pay to tour the grounds and the products seemed a bit over priced. It’s a nice place to take photos, and the staff is very friendly and kind. Wouldn’t recommend brining kids along as they may be bored. Would be a nice addition to a wine tour stop, but probably not worth it to take a trip just for this.

We drove up to the farm and entered their gift shop. Greeted by friendly staff offering tea. Cost for a guided tour of farm is $15/person or small area off deck can be visited for free. Lots of activities for children on site.
View ‘kitchen’ working with herbs and more. Gift shop selling all kinds of lavender items.
Not much lavender to see blooming but a lot of other flowers to see

Thanks for visiting our farm, Janine! It sounds like you had a great experience exploring our shop and seeing our production staff in action. I hope you had a chance to try our lavender gelato and lemonade on your way out!

We went to the Lavender and Herb farm not knowing what to expect. We got a free tasting of herbal when we got there. The kids enjoyed the views and the different plants. It is breathtaking. From the store you can hop onto a small balcony and see the lavender fields. There was. Not much to do there other than do one of the tours that was offered but it was fairly expensive so we did not stay.

Thanks for visiting our farm! I'm glad that you and your children had a chance to enjoy the view and explore our Herbarium to learn about the many different plants that we grow, dry and distill for our products. I would highly recommend our Busy Bees family tour if you come back again - definitely a fun one for families that is all about migrating pollinators and their different habitats around the garden!

We took a drive here, as I love lavender and my husband wanted to give me the best lavender experience we could find in Kelowna :) Didn't go for a tour, didn't buy anything, but truly enjoyed the serene and picturesque views from the balcony. Lots of picture taking opportunities, that's for sure. It was very pleasant to encounter enthusiastic staff members who were great ambassadors for this lovely herb farm! I will likely be back just for the sheer beauty of lavender in bloom and breathtaking views. If this place also served afternoon tea, I would stay for much longer!
