We used to live in Kelowna, a couple of decades ago, and the Kasugai Japanese gardens are still as lovely as ever, as we found out on a recent visit. This very peaceful place is set in behind city hall, a stunning little tucked away...More

Take 10 mins and walk through, very nice and calming. Right down town. Can easily walk pass because of the location but someone will give you directions

Beautiful place to slowly walk through. Bridges to go over, fish to see in ponds. If you need time to rejuvenate you can seat on one if the benches and just enjoy all the foliage.

The Kasugai Japanese Garden is a beautiful, gentle oasis in the heart of the city. Located right behind city hall and on the edge of the arts and cultural district this is an excellent place to pause, enjoy the gardens and relax.

In the heart of the city a wonderful surprise a piece of the Orient. Doesn't take all day, worth a photo or ten. Would be nice for wedding pictures.

This isn't a big garden, but it's big enough to escape the sounds of the city and take a few moments to relax and enjoy the serenity of a Japanese garden. It is near city hall in downtown Kelowna and easily accessible.

Sorry didn't see this question till now. The Garden I believe is closed now. Usually closes in Oct/Nov. The garden is beautiful anytime of the year that it is open. It should open again in March.
