This has got to be the most breath taking hike, just a short distance from the highway. It is pretty easy if you are used to walking. Just beautiful. A pretty good track, recommend sturdy footwear though.

Every one of the five lakes on this walk was so beautiful! Such a beautiful walk and not very difficult at all. 100% recommend.

A very enjoyable walk. Can be made into a very short hike if needed. Lots of parking space at the start of the walk directly off of the highway. Each lake is a bit different. Bring bug spray!!

Loved this hike. It is only about 2 miles - or you can take a longer version about 5 miles. Even though it is short it has some steep( short) ups and downs. I saw more than a few non-hikers struggling on them. We did...More

Just 7 Kms from Jasper this didn't look anything special. And while the one and a half km walk from the car park offered nothing to photograph the actual lakes were simply stunning ..crystal clear turquoise waters framed by mountains and colourful flora and fauna....More

I think a lot of people undersell this place. I have seen a lot of people state that if you need to fill in a time gap, then this would be a good place to do that, but in my personal opinion, I would say...More

Did this hike twice and it was absolutely both times. I thought the lakes were going to be pretty spread out but they're actually very close together after you reach the first one. All the different colors are really stunning and it's an easy hike...More

We were recommended to this hike because the smoke from the BC fires was still hanging in the air. Being on a the valley floor kept us out of the smoke which dissipated as the afternoon wore on. Hiking boots were helpful as well as...More

We did this hike on a cloudy and rainy day and it was still a very pleasant hike. The five lakes are all crystal clear and beautiful. The hike is about 4 km return and not that difficult. Yes there are roots and rocks but...More

It can be done quite quickly if you don't stop to take photos and eat lunch but why rush this experience? We took lots of photos and did the tour in approx 2 hours.
