Fresh shrimp Ceviche salad, Mahi Mahi with Ajillo peppers & veggies, mushroom risotto, mousse & fresh fruit dessert. Excellent job executive chef Leonardo Castro! We really enjoyed watching you create a wonderful lunch.

My son and I participated in the guacamole cooking lesson and learned the "Secret" to making this excellent dish unlike any we normally find in the Houston area (or even served at the restaurants at Flamingos). It has been quite a hit back home.
