Not just a museum of MK but of past life and for many a trip down memory lane. Teenagers will hopefully realise that being "grounded" was a real punishment then. They will especially like the telephone room,where the mobiles required muscle just to lift them...More

This museum has a wide variety of historical exhibits which transform you to days gone by. This is great for children and adults alike, and the guides who are al volunteers are keen and very knowledgeable.More

Parking is plentiful and feee only time we have problems is at our big weekend events when we use an overspill 490m walk away. It can take 2-4 hours to go around, depending on how engaged you are! And yes, there's a cafe... More

Definitely. We've been many times, with and without our kinder. The last time, the volunteers were brilliant at explaining some of the more unfamiliar things.

If they have an interest in history then it would. All the displays are interactive, and I think the telephone room would be a favourite.
