If you are in Crete you have to visit this Caribbean style beach with pink sand and clear blue water..it is better to avoid the crowds of August and the best time is either before noon or after 5 o'clock..do not miss it!

Beautiful , very broad area and with pink sand. It is not a pocket of beach wider shallow and safe beach. I am a traveller, not seen before that broader beach.

If in April there were maybe 100 people, I am guessing in June there is no room to breathe in this area. Also don’t expect some surreal landscape, it is a beautiful beach with pinkysh sand in some areas, but mostly white sand.
Sorry, I can't say. We drove (rented a car), but surely if you are in a resort or apartment the reception/owner will recommend a travel agent/day trip service to take. There are tons of those that go here, I believe.
