Our Airbnb offered a yacht tour and I found H20 through a Google search. I recommend starting your booking/questions, etc. Via the chat on the site and not through an inquiry as I messaged for a proposal and received no response, yet in the chat I had an immediate response. Also, the communication with the consumer is amazing, pricing is amazing and staff are very kind. Only negative of out of the entire experience was the disconnection between the scheduler and services provided. BUT for the small misunderstanding they corrected the situations immediately, I just recommend always confirming the communication and giving the staff grace as it may not always be their fault.
When we arrive we met Estafani, she was lovely and we greatly appreciated the cafe as we were all wanting some caffeine.
Now, for the best part Apollo, Mr Canseco & Junior we're absolutely fabulous. Apollo was an amazing host from communicating with us all closely, and providing great conversation and participation. He was very patient with our group through countless drink and person spills! Mr Canseco was a beautiful boat driver, he maneuvered the boat as if operating a vehicle, so smooth, peaceful and safe. Many of our group were uncomfortable riding a boat on the ocean and he made them feel safe. Junior prepared a beautiful meal with fresh Guacamole, habanero peppers, and even ensured of the quality cut of the limes for our cervezas (LOL). Additionally, Junior made a lovely drink for my brother to help with his seasickness! I would honestly book this boat over and over again requesting Apollo & his team, easily one of the best decisions I've ever made.
Apollo, I will definitely reach out when I come for a visit to MX city. ❤️
