Beware of the Google Maps location! It put this 1.3 km northeast of SMA Centro. It's really 20+ km southwest in Agustín González. Trip Advisor location is correct. Uber also has/had the Google Maps location. It was an oddyssey getting there. I went on Sunday...More

Just to clarify: Gabriela Zepeda was the head director of Cañada de la Virgen archeaological project. Dr. Rossana Quiroz Ennis is the Director of Museo de Astronomía Prehispánica. Thank you for such a nice review.

This was the most usual museum. A fantastic locally sourced delicious lunch was served followed by a fascinating talk given by the owner/astronomer on the stars, sun and moon. She speaks with passion and expertise. Amazing experience.
