This church is divided into the main sanctuary and 4 chapels. There is one chapel as you enter the main lobby on the left that is simply gorgeous!! It's simple, not gawdy like most Catholic churches (gold everywhere)...no this chapel is special...it's very pretty in...More

A lovely small historic church that has been restored. Actually I sort of preferred it before the complete restoration. There are various street vendors outside selling all sorts of souvenirs.

Amazing church. Well worth a visit. The paintings in the church are just astounding. The town is tiny and there is not much else to do there other than visit the very interesting collection of arts and crafts at Meyer Schecter's Gallery nearby.

the portrayal of Christ dying on the cross in statues that are life size was very moving and unusual. I have seen the 14 stations all over the world, but never as beautiful and moving as these. I highly recommend it but encourage a tour...More

Buses leave from Calzada de la Luz at the end of Animas. They leave every hour starting at 7 am, I believe. Animas is the street that runs to the left of the Oratorio Church, not far from the Plaza Civica. I hope that... More
