We thoroughly enjoyed our ‘Healthy Mexican’ cooking class.Kris fed us non stop with food and advice on technique, traditional Mexicancooking tools, local ingredients and lore. The class kitchen functions well foreveryone to participate, and the resulting meal is enjoyed in an adjacent spacious dining room.
