I think to truly enjoy this museum you have to be really into toy design, art and/or Mexican culture. It is very clean, several floors of small rooms, and professionally laid out. More history, in multiple languages, would be useful.

Three floors full of colorful Mexican toys and pieces of folk art. Definitely worth spending a pleasant hour or so. Adults will love it as much as children. Also has a small store with nice items to take home as souvenirs.

Expecting to be underwhelmed by a few indigenous toys, instead we were amazed at the beauty and breadth of the collection here. Fabulous toys and games are displayed meticulously in a stunning building. This is an easy walk from the jardín. Don’t miss it.

Big selection of toys both old and newer. Well played out to see everything in a attractive way. Hand made toys were excellent and sometimes amazing. Well worth the time and low fee to see. Just a few blocks from the center of old town.
