Came here during our trip to Gerês, nice place to spend half a day and have a bath, easy access to the falls, but leave your car as far as possible because it'll get messy when you want to leave, the roads are too narrow...More

This is a fair way up into the National Park, the last 1 km is on an unsurfaced road. The location is isolated and spectacular. The waterfalls are not that high - perhaps 20 metres - but there are good hiking and rock climbing opportunities...More

Well worth it!! We swam in the pools below and enjoyed it immensely. Water was super cold but when the sun is shining its awesome!!

Just looking at it from the viewpoint is not worth the trip (although the flowers gave more perfume than I ever experienced!) but the walk down from above them (not easy) is superb

Tall waterfall with some difficulties to access but the view is amazing and the water is very cold but clear and clean .

You can see the waterfall from a viewpoint if you follow the path on the right. In the summer time you can also take a swim there, to arrive at the lagons bellow the waterfall you have to go up the river rock by rock....More
