Everything local and great stuff
Sep 2019
A highly interesting shop, where you do not necessarily expect it: use of local ingredients, sale of various pasta, sauces, dishes. In addition to selling cheese, sausages, creams and wines from friendly manufacturers. Everything was local, very fresh, and mostly of excellent quality. The advice of the family is very good, it is a pleasure to shop here.

Excellent cooking class in Piedmont
Sep 2019
Joined a class here as a part of a larger tour. Fantastic experience! Learned a lot about local cuisine and tried out some new pasta techniques. It was so much fun learning these new skills from a local family. Looking forward to enjoying our new recipes at home

Our cooking class at Per Tutti Gusti was the highlight of our time in Alba. Patricia and her mother were so friendly and accommodating. We made several different pastas and also got a new recipe for bagna cauda,a local Piedmont dish, which has been a Christmas tradition for my wife's family forever.

It was so much fun to actually make several different pastas and then have a chance to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Patricia had some excellent wine pairings and we had an opportunity to enjoy several wines from the coop her family belongs to. These were all DOCG certified and we liked all of them.

It was a fantastic day and would highly recommend this to anyone!

Exceptional Piedmontese Food Experience
Sep 2019
We had booked this cooking class after one of my siblings had recommended it during his visit to the region a year earlier. He said it was one of the best experiences during his entire trip-- the experience my wife and I had at Per Tutti I Gusti did not disappoint! Amazing experience to learn how to make some wonderful Piedmontese dishes from Patrizia and her mother. Both were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Despite my wife and I being cooking novices, we were able to follow along and make a wonderful lunch at the direction of Patrizia and he mother. We can't wait to use the recipes to make some of the dishes when we get back home! Highly recommend the class and to stop and get some goodies from their store.

Generous with ingredients, knowledge, hospitality, heart and wine!

I have just returned from my second class with Patrizia (and hereafter, it will be my annual addiction). You’ll be amazed at how surprisingly easy it is to make pasta (in various shapes) and Piemontese ragù under her direction! We also made two appetizers (including the famed bagne verde) and dessert. All of the fruit and vegetables came from her garden—picked moments before we arrived! All of our “hard” work was rewarded with an extraordinary aperitivo of cheeses and salumi and the house-made condiments/jams/honey to complement. And yes, wine! It doesn’t do the experience justice to describe its parts or what we made (and later, ate) — it really is something extraordinarily unique. Your family will grow by three having spent a few hours with Patrizia and her family!

These ladies are incredible! We learned so much from them and had so much fun doing it. They are gracious and run a top notch business. Much better than the cooking class we took a few months earlier. And their products are superb! If you get a chance to spend an afternoon with them, you won’t be sorry!

Authentic, relaxed cooking experience

On a weeklong trip to northern Italy with friends, we booked a class with Patricia and her mom. She was very accommodating for my vegan diet (friends are not vegan) which was very much appreciated! The class was fun, hands-on and delicious. Patricia and her mother were so knowledgeable and kind. Dinner was delicious and we all took home some goodies from her shop as well. Highly recommend for a special group experience in Piedmont.

My girlfriends and i met up in Italy for a reunion and enjoyed tremendously our cooking class with Patricia and her mother. We enjoyed making pasta in different manners in the traditional piedmont style.
I thought that Patricia and her mother worked well together and enjoyed hearing the Italian spoken in the kitchen.

We actually have been to other pasta cooking classes before (once in Tuscany) and we thought that this one was better because it was more genuine.

They also have a little store where we bought some traditional Piedmontese treats!

Thanks so much Patricia and mom (sorry i don’t know her name) for a great evening!!

Really good fun and great food

They really welcomed you into their family and kitchen. Very informative and helpful learning to make various pastas. Really interesting recipes and delicious food. Really relaxed with wine and nibbles along the way, then you get to eat the food you make. Loved it - would highly recommend as part of a trip to the region.

We had a wonderful time cooking and tasting local specialities. The friendly mother and daughter-team behind these cooking classes were kind, funny and very patient with us and we learned a lot. We had a great time cooking and later eating what we had made. Everyone visiting the region should give it a try!
