There are two main temples of Lord Shiva Omkareshwar and Mamleshwar (also known as Amareshwar). Both consider as equally sacred and representative of Jyotirlinga. Darshan of Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga is incomplete without Parikarama of Omkareshwar Island and Darshan of Mamleshwar Temple.

Omkareshwar and Mamleshwar are two different temples on opposite bank of river maa Narmada. It is said that one must visit/pray at both the temples to get blessings. Both temples are very much holly places and are connected with two bridges on the river.

Located near omkareshwar temple, as per legends having darshan of both temples i.e omkareshwar and mamleshwar will be considered as a complete jyotirlinga darshan. You can go to mamleshwar using boats or walking. Both will take around 10 minutes. An old temple with ancient architecture
