This was beautiful and attractive, if we mean the same thing, of course! Nice art and colorful Mexican styles.

We no longer buy crappy tourist t-shirts from our trips, we now take home art. So was glad to find this side street. Some fabulous art. Picked up an awesome photo from Salvador Penaloza Garcia. Some very good artists on this street

Felt a little pressured, but it is Mexico and most salesmen are similar. They had a large collection at reasonable prices, but make sure to haggle as art is subjective. Wear your poker face and be willing to walk away for the best price

We loved this little Gallery of people selling their items down one of the side streets off of 5th. Worth the visit!

These artists are amazing. We kind of just happened upon this place but spent like 30 minutes there just admiring all the beautiful art.

So many different artists a d mediums. I loved the photographs of local beaches and architecture, as well as the pop art style of another artist. Next time I will bring a separate case!

We walked through this complex on our way to Senor Frogs and were impressed. It is modern, and clean with many high-end shops. There are the typical vendor shops but they are fairly subdued compared to other shopping locations.

This complex within Playa del Carmen was extremely modern with high end stores. Fine jewelry, clothing and specialty shops galore. Nothing like a traditional Hispanic shopping district, which was in itself abundant with stores and good prices when you do comparison shopping.

By day this is a street then suddenly at night the interlocking brick walkway gives way to a variety of artists both exhibiting and also painting...they even had a male, semi nude model...drew a crowd...sorry no photo's.
