I would consider this location a "people factory". They bring you over to Isla Mujeres on a huge ferry - it takes quite a while to get everyone loaded on the ferry and they start pushing the up-charges before you even get on the boat....More
We did our dolphin encounter Sunday. Extremely easy to check in and get a locker. We enjoyed the buffet and unlimited drinks. Piña Colada was certainly the best. The beer is draft only. Our dolphin was the best and the trainers well nice.
