Fantastic food, drinks, service and amenities. $5 for a lounge chair, $10 food or drink minimum in or Traditional a la carte service, or try the new All Inclusive Package. This brand-new option gives you the flexibility to eat and drink all day. You can choose from our excellent menu, served at either of our two restaurants, or receive personalized service directly while you relax under a coconut tree in the comfort of your lounge chair. Excellent beach day in Cozumel

Excellent service, friendly staff, delicious food, beautiful beach! Wish inclusive price would’ve included all beach activities such as kayak and paddle boards. We did appreciate use of floats in the pool and beach!

Great idea from the cruise ship
Great service and great place for a day trip with friends. The drive from the port is quick and cheap using a local taxi. Will do again.

Can’t miss spot in Cozumel for families

This place is absolutely amazing. We have brought our family here 5 times and every single time it is a home run. Our kids absolutely love the pool and the inflatables in the ocean.

Can’t express enough how much we love this place.

We arrived last Saturday to Cozumel on a less than favorable Carnival Cruise. We chose to go to Paradise Beach fir the day and our amazing wait staff did not disappoint!!! Julio and his partner Alexis were nothing less than amazing!! He kept drinks cold and food served. The food was wonderful and the beach was beautiful. I’m not a fan of all the inflatables in the water but we got passed it and enjoyed the ocean and the pool area. Thank you to Julio for making one day out of our not so great Carnival cruise experience amazing!!!

Relaxing Day on the Beach

Excellent beach club! Food was delicious and didn't take too long to arrive; lots of options to eat. Drinks were good; bottled water was plentiful and appreciated. We had no problems getting a lounger with an umbrella, and we were thankful they had outlets in the restaurant area that we could charge our phones on.

Great place but experience left a bad taste

Place is beautiful and well maintained. Close to port and cost $15 each way for a short taxi ride. We were greeted quickly and shown to our beach chairs right at waters edge. I would rate this place higher except for a few things: 1. Food portions are tiny. It’s all inclusive and they had an extensive menu but the tacos and fajitas barely had any meat on them. We had to re-order the same entrees twice to equal a reasonable portion. 2. Waitstaff was very inconsistent. Our waiter was very attentive for the first hour. Then we barely saw him again. For the last hour and a half we were there no one came by to check on us. We’d walk up to the bar area for our drinks and our waiter would engage us there asking if we were all good. 3. Exit was horrible. We eventually got up to leave after not seeing waiter for some time. He became VERY attentive when he saw us get up. Came up wanting his tip. Although I wasn’t very happy with his service, I gave him a tip. I felt it was VERY reasonable based on the service we had gotten. He felt that he deserved more and harassed us as we left (questioning why we felt he hadn’t done a good job). Manager ended up coming over. I told them we were done and leaving. Not a good experience at all - especially after spending over $250 for the day. All in all place is nice but you’re better off down at Mr Sancho’s. I won’t be back here.

Best part of our trip!

This was a great day for us. We wish we could have stayed longer.
Service was fantastic - Miguel took great care of us all day, checked with us frequently, had great suggestions for us. We never once had to seek him out for anything.
The property was beautiful, clean, manicured. Highly recommended. Thank you Miguel for a great day.

Might have been a better experience if had different wait staff

Price was reasonable. Location was nice and clean. Too much seaweed so unable to go in water but not entirely their fault. Well maybe more help, preparation or tool to clean up seaweed could have helped.
Food was ok, drinks watered down. Service extremely slow.
Staff was friendly overall with exception of Christium who was a wait staff. Started the greeting with asking for $100 in tips. Didn’t remember our names but expected us to remember his.. Rarely checked in but at the end wanted more tip. Was extremely rude and grumpy at the end when we did not give more tip.

Great spot to relax in Cozumel

We had fun. It was clean. The food was good, drinks were a little watered down but overall good. It helped us stay hydrated. Unfortunately, the seaweed was a huge issue but not their fault. We could not even enter the water which my kids were looking forward to the inflatable obstacle course. But the pool was nice and there was nice scenery. It felt secluded with all the large palm trees around. It was nice not having "vendors" coming up every 5 seconds trying to sell us cheap jewelry and cigars like some of the other beaches. The staff was very friendly and stopped by many times to see if we needed anything.

Paradise beach is just as great as it looks in the photos! We booked the all-inclusive day pass for our port day in Cozumel and the staff did not disappoint. They are attentive and welcoming. All servers made sure that we enjoyed ourselves during our time here at Paradise beach. Would definitely recommend.
