Geocaching brought us to this fine park in Cozumel. It just so happened that the statue of Benito Juarez was festooned with a colorful floral display. This was because of celebrating this remarkable President's birthday. The flowers and benches in the rest of the park...More

This plaza is full of little shops, bars, restaurants, vendors etc. It is nice and clean, vendors are not that pushy, definitely way less than those in Cancun. Many places to stop and eat, some (most) won't take credit cards or debit cards so bring...More

There are a lot of shops and restaurants catering to the passengers that get off the cruise ships and the nearby ferry terminal. When the ships come in the stores open. You can find both simple tourist shops and high end shopping (Cartier etc). Very...More

Cozumel is not a huge city and there is a lot within easy walking distance from the Maya terminal and the International Terminal. We walked out from the Plaza at the Maya terminal where the Carnival ships dock and ventured out and down the street....More

Many people have their photo taken sitting in or on the colorful COZUMEL letters. Souvenirs can be found here amongst the many vendors. Look around. Always barter. There is often free evening entertainment here on the weekends.

Shop, shop, and keep shopping! Great place with an extensive amount of local shops to choose from. Tip to save...don't purchase items immediately upon arrival, from the first ones, you'll find better prices at the shops located further in.

Depends on which cruise terminal. Carnival's terminal is a 10 minute flat rate cab ride to downtown Cozumel.
