You must travel to Chichen Itza, Valladolid, and cenotes with Flavio. It is a million times better with Flavio than if you book a big bus tour. Flavio takes all the pictures and videos you'll need, and the small size of his group makes certain your tour isn't packed, which is what you want at these locations. Flavio educates you and your family, and keeps everyone full of great food and cold drinks. Flavio pays attention to all of the details, you just have to show up, relax, and enjoy.

The trip to Chichén Itzá with Flavio is worth your time! Flavio shares his knowledge of the Mayan culture as well as provides a less crowded and private, Covid-safe, way to experience this part of Mexico!

My wife and I decided to book last minute a trip to Chichen Itza. After reading reviews I reached out around 6pm to Flavio's tours and to our great surprise we quickly got a response from Carol who spent multiple messages to work her magic and get us booked. We met up with another couple on the tour and they were newlyweds and awesome people. To be honest, I had no interest in the cenote when we booked, but it was amazing!! We had so much fun swimming around and then having a private lunch there. Flavio was amazing. He took tons of photos which we received at the end. Chichen Itza was perfect. Slightly overcast so not too hot and it wasn't busy. Tortuga, our tour guide, was incredible. It was like going through Chichen Itza with a rock star, but even more impressive than that was his knowledge. This is a tour that can not be missed by an amazing company. Do not hesitate, this is the one.

Riviera Maya, Mexico1 contribution
My wife and I suddenly realized that we were about to leave the Riviera Maya and had not visited Chichen Itza. We decided to try and book a group tour for sometime in the next few days. We shopped around and called Flavio's tours because of the reviews. We were bummed to discover that they were pretty booked up but could do a private tour of just the two of us for the cost of three adults. We said we'd think about it (honestly, we were seriously considering it) and that we would call back to let them know one way or the other. About 30 minutes later Carol calls us to let us know that another couple in Cancun was looking for a tour the next morning. Over a few calls and texts, Carol worked her butt off coordinating between us and the other couple and got us confirmed for a very small group tour of two couples. We would be picked up at our hotel by their second team and the other couple would get picked up by Flavio from theirs in Cancun. We would meet where the roads converged and hop into Flavio's group and be off. It went butter smooth. We had breakfast, met our driver who identified himself, identified us and gave us a refresh of the plan. We met the other group and joined them for a surprisingly fun drive to our first stop. Flavio was enthusiastic, informative, and very clearly loves what he does and entertaining others. He also loves supporting locals. At various points, he points out local vendors and shares little bits about them encouraging us to buy local. It was not a hard sell or uncomfortable at all and we gladly bought souvenirs, snacks and such from people all day. We had a great tour of Valladolid, a wonderful lunch and swim at a quiet cenote, and finally Chichen Itza (all while enjoying complimentary videos, snacks, drinks and beer in the van). At Chichen Itza, our guide "Tortuga" was a Rock Star. Everyone knew him, and he was an endless source of information, history, local news, customs, anything. My wife and I joked about calling him "Tortoogle". I can not recommend these guys enough. They're a small operation that treats every guest like family they like.

We visited Playa Del Carmen over Thanksgiving and set up a private tour with Flavio. Our family had a great day. Flavio is absolutely amazing and taught us all about the Mayans and the culture. Definitely do this Chichen Itza tour with him. You won't regret it. Thank you FLAVIO - you are awesome!
