This is a concrete boardwalk on the city side of the lagoon. There is really not much to do except to walk or ride bikes. There are no restaurants near by. In 10 minutes you have seen it all.

This Malecon is one of the best spots to see sunrise at the Lagoon. You go run, do yoga, or hang out with your kids while you have a wonderful view.

Just got back from walking Malecon, beautiful, across from modern mall with all its trappings. No vendors or panhandling here just the seaside Malecon, come see where locals enjoy ocean breeze and respite from Zona Hotelera.

party life at it's best in the area. Beaches in Cancun are scarce so enjoy and very romantic at evening time. Sunsets are beautiful but sunrise is even better.
