I am a huge fan of Mexico's art museums, which is one of the reasons I find this one so frustrating. Every single time I've gone there, it's been closed. I hope to have better luck this November.

As someone who loves contemporary art I didn't mind that the location was small and the exhibition didn't make a long-lasting impression on me. The presentation sure is topnotch and the building a sight for itself.

The building is absolutely beautiful and worth a stop. We didn't quite "get" the mechanized exhibit but appreciated it nevertheless.

A very cool building that houses rotating exhibits featuring Oaxacan artists. The exhibit we saw was a Mexican sci-fi, animal celebration fantasia. Very out there, but interesting!

A big disappointment after the cultural museum. Since there is great art in the galleries you expect the same in a museum. Only go to see the building

This is a wonderful space with well-organized and well-curated exhibits of contemporary art. Exhibit halls are wide and expansive, and the quality is first-rate.

it's great, if you like art, you will like it. go and look around, its in the middle of everything so it won't be a hassle to just walk in. some mondays or sunday are free - i can't remember
