The building certainly has the looks to inspire good learning.It is an imposing building with some renovations. Take the steps up to the rear and walk up the hill for a good work out and good views and a look at how the locals live.
A very picturesque building with a nice view of the city from the top of the 86 steps. Worth a visit just for the photos. Also a very good ice cream seller on the street between the university and Plaza de la Paz.
There were so many outstanding buildings around the Jardin, it’s hard to pick a favorite. However, this one is defiantly a top contender. The lines, the stone work and overall craftsmanship were simply breathtaking - a must see if you’re in the area.
