We love visiting Mercados in different Mexican city's, this one is one of the best. The real deal. Everything you want is there, fresh foods, hundreds, fresh produce lots. Clothes, gadgets, toys it's got it all. 3 floors , the top is where most the...More

This market is chock a block full of everything you can think of. We enjoyed tasting the local candies and looking at the multitude of leather products sold in Libertad Mkt. There are 3 floors to the market with sections specializing in different goods/wares. If...More

Crazy big market with just about everything you would ever need. There are even places to eat. Three floors in total, but have been told to avoid the third floor. Most of the tourist stuff is on the first floor.

Sensory overload at this market. Deals are to be had if you negotiate. The food was delicious and cheap.

Very big and busy, selling mostly clothes and bags but also groceries, souvenirs and hand made goods. There were many food stalls which were very busy and popular. You can get pretty much anything here cheaper than other shops and definitely cheaper than the airport....More

I loved this market. We ate at one of the many stalls. The food was delicious and cheap. I also shopped for traditional clothing and they also had all the latest trends. Bought some beautiful silver jewelry. Everyone was very polite and gracious. Next I'm...More

Apparently this is one of the biggest indoor markets in the world. I'd believe it, with multiple floors, all stuffed with different stalls, I'd doubt there is anything you can't buy here! It's a very interesting window in to the local culture, make sure you...More
