Went there to see it. A very busy place and busy beach and i was there on off season. Water seems very swimmable and calm. Lots of places to eat and drink. if you like crowds this is the place to be. Lovley scenery

It is a nice beach. A little hard to walk because it slopes a lot towards the water. It is a tourist attraction so be prepared to be asked to buy just about anything. A simple "No gracias" and it's all good. Highly recommend bringing...More

This is the beach to be at. We always meet a lot of nice people, so enjoy the great view and relax!!! Caution!! the surf can be a little rough at times, but don't let ruin your day

The snorkeling was ok, but loved seeing the birds. Also went to a private beach. We went with Vallarto Adventures and they were great. A very fun day!

Hi Tim. Yes it is polluted. Wear shoes and socks while walking on sand. I would not ever swim in that area. For two reasons. February and March 2016 one person perished in rip tides daily. Often the person was only walking... More
