Great beach for walking and just hanging, especially at low tide. About 7+ places to eat and super fresh seafood plus an Oxxo and a few souvenir places. Loved Roy's for steak and a big thank you to the Last Drop for staying open late so we could watch hockey. I would recommend this area.

Favorite beach in Mazatlan with the best Restaurant. Open air and great food. Plentiful cocktails and great eye candy!! Surfers Yum!! I’ve been vacationing here for Twenty years. Playa Brujas is A full Day trip- breakfast, sun, massage,nap, walk, cocktails, sunset and dinner. Coffee tequila is a must try.

We stayed in this area and definitely prefer it to the older area or the Golden Zone. There are a few hotels and restaurants and it is very quiet

This area is basically the end of the beach if you were walking north along the beach from the Riu Emerald Bay. The waves are typically large at this area. It is a great area for surfing. Located here is the seafood restaurant Mr. Lionso which is very popular. There are also small stores for shopping.
