A lovely spot to visit. Access is not too bad - my wife has arthritis in both knees and wals with a stick and she made it fine. Surfaces can be greasy but just take care

Small and very nice. A lovely place to have a picnic. We visited there with three adults and five children. Descending was a bit tricky.

Although potentially less spectacular than the Grade Cascade, we adored the Petite Cascade walk with our dog although not easy walking with some quite steep rock steps. Charming and a nice walk on a hot day under shade.

The walk through the gorge in Mortain with the petite and grande cascade de Mortain is well worth doing, especially on a sunny day in Spring when the primroses and bluebells are in bloom. It is a mixed walk of forest, stream, rocky outcrops and...More
