Cheap ferry prices. Calm crossing. Lovely restaurant, had soup and bread which was very filling. Nice and clean ferry. Lots of tourist information leaflets to pick up on what to see and do in Arran.

Last time I made a crossing the water was flat and the sun pouring down. It was a real pleasure sitting out on the top deck with a cup of tea and taking in the views. Not so much this time. Intermittent rain with cold,...More

The ferries were quite nice, a little dated in terms of decoration but quite nice nonetheless. It was a very nice trip and the food from the onboard restaurant was good and well priced. There were plenty of facilities on the ship and the staff...More

Had planned the island hopping, but weather was not so good. Now it's nice again all ferries were booked so we decided to just take the ferry and walk around. Excellent value at £15.60 for us both. The weather was fantastic so we spent a...More

Went into the ticket office and bought our tickets. There was no mention that we also needed a vehicle ticket. The less than helpful attendant was more concerned about how old our teenagers were and charged adult fares for them. Had to wait 1.5 hours...More

Senniors pay the same price as adults- £7.50 return. Children are £3.80 return. It's a month return so can be used for holiday trips to the island too
