Courtesy started with two buses, and branched off into a fleet of vehicles. We offer various forms of transportation. Airport Arrivals and Departures, Island Tours, V.I.P and Group transfers.With thirteen years of experience we pride ourselves on catering strictly to our clients needs. The service was FANTASTIC! I can't say enough good things about this company. Don't let the low price discourage you, it's the opposite of what you think. It's priced reasonably and you get MUCH more than you pay for. Mark, Johnathan and Demarco all fantastic! In addition to my round trip airport transfer.... I was stranded at the cruise port and made "a call for help" to Mark and he managed to find a driver with ZERO notice and get me to my hotel. He did not have to do that.
You would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't book with Courtesy Private Charters! Thank you again Mark couldn't have done it without you!

Johnson and Mark were punctual , kind, and helpful. The cars were clean and comfortable and they had great communication to inform us where they would pick up and drop us off. The price was affordable compared to other transportation on the island and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again!

Mark was the best driver and part-time tour guide we have ever had. He is a safe and comfortable driver and we always felt at ease when driving with him. He creates a very welcoming environment for his guests. He pointed out multiple important cultural landmarks of Nassau, even stopping at some restaurants/bars to try unique food/drink. Mark was available at a moments notice via phone. When my group of friends return to Nassau for a reunion, we will definitely reach out to Mark.

We were celebrating my sister's birthday so I asked to be greeted with a bottle of bubbly and a balloon. We were not only greeted by this but also with a fantastic smile and wonderful trip to the hotel. Mark showed us some local experiences (sky juice, rum cakes..) as we drove and laughed the entire time!!! It was a wonderful kick off to our wonderful trip!!!

The driver did not wear a mask. The front windshield was broken
There was no complimentary water as suggested in the booking.
Driver did not wear a seat belt. Driver did not highlight anything/landmarks as suggested in the booking. Advertisement said a bus not a van and a car. No WIFI
Side window duct-taped. Driver was on the phone while driving. There were drinks from previous trips. Van was not thoroughly cleaned.

Its unfortunate that that is your interpretation of the events. Our multiple reviews speak to our exceptional quality of service. As it is our paramount concern, we adhere to all health and safety protocol as our drivers must be tested every five days by law. We understand you were disgruntled due to a misunderstanding, on your part, with regards to your booking. However, this negative review is unwarranted especially since we went above and beyond to accommodate your group, providing the same quality of service for which we are known. Nonetheless, we trust you enjoyed your trip to Nassau, Bahamas. Thank you for patronizing our services.

Mark a.k.a. Michael Strahan.... took care of us the whole 7 days we were on the Island. We became friends after 2 hours and even met his family. Awesome, awesome guy. Hooked us up with other people in his network to enjoy the island. Nassau = Mark

If you are looking for an airport transfer, transportation around the island, or an island tour, Mark and his team are the company to book! Mark was in constant contact with us from the time we booked until the time we departed Nassau. Service with a smile, knowledge, and kindness are exactly what we experienced during our time with Mark. Do not hesitate, first class service!!! My only regret….I didn’t get a photo with Mark!

The driver Mark was so patient and kind. He went out of his way to wait for us while we grocery shopped. He helped us with a layover plan and set everything up. Highly highly recommend this service ! Always prompt and great communication.

Holy moly. The pits! Use a standard taxi from the airport to resorts they are ubiquitous in both directions. Upon arrival we were tired flew at 4am, and hungry. Proceeded to gather our luggage and head to the transpo area, with a little difficulty we found the woman holding a sign with our name. (she holds signs for many companies) Mind you we had 2 young children dressed for Feb. in the Northeast standing in the sun on cement waiting. We were informed the vehicle was coming around the back and it would be 5-10mins. No big deal right? We were on vacation. Although the sign holder is usually the driver, and the car is usually curbside or just across in parking lot. After 20 min. asked again, "oh he is backed up at the airport entrance 5-10 more. After asking a few more times and getting ready to use one of the 20-30 taxis on standby and fighting for refund later, the vehicle showed up 60 minutes late saying he was caught in traffic. (on the way to the resort there was none coming the pother way) Nice enough vehicle and we were on our way. On the way back the driver only a few minutes late showed up in a small passenger bus when the ad clearly states luxury vehicle and shows an escalade. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE PERIOD! overpriced and underserved!

We thank you for taking the time to write a review. However we wish that you would have been more truthful and accurate. Your arrival flight was more than a hour late arriving to Nassau. Additional time was added to clear immigration and to collect your bags. The vehicle that was reserved for you was in place for arrival time indicated. We understand that time to time delays happen. We alot a certain time for all arrivals to accommodate all of our clients once that time has pass we have accommodate the next client as we were not able to contact you to advise if you would like to pay for standby services. Our greeter informed you that the vehicle was back in route events took less than fifteen minutes. As the owner of the company I am inform of all situations and can assure that there was no waiting time of an hour

I would have rated this one star, but our return journey back to the airport was much better.
When we arrived in Nassau we proceeded through the line where the drivers were located. After doing this three times, we started walking around in other areas. We finally came back to the area where we originally saw all the drives and asked someone if they knew where we would find our driver. They looked at our booking and found someone that could call the company. After twenty five minutes, our driver finally showed up.

Hello - are we able to arrange to stop by a grocery store for a brief (15-20 min) stop to grab groceries in route to the hotel from the airport? If so, appropriately how much of an extra charge would we incur for this? Thank you!
