They have free samples and you can watch the cakes being made. The pack them and say they will be fresh for a year, I'll never know because mine don't make it two weeks before they're eaten. It's a must if you're going to Nassau.

This rum cake is like no other! We were so impressed we went back for more to give as gifts! The owner was so sweet. Amaretto was our favorite!

There is no charge to enter the store and, as always, there are free samples to try before you buy. Taking a tour is the easiest way to get to us to beat the heat during the summer months.
