Follow the shoreline to the far right to catch turtles, sting rays and more. Then have lunch and a drink across the street.

This beach was great for paddle boarding and snorkeling. I was able to see sea turtles and lots of colorful fish. Can't wait to go again. The only downside is that shade is hard to come by so be prepared to squish in with others...More

This is a must stop for your family. They are still doing some rebuilding but the beach itself is surreal. Very peaceful. Great bay views. Gentle water. Our kids really enjoyed themselves. Get there early or you will struggle to find parking.

Maho Beach had very calm waters and it was so warm to swim in. There is also a beach bar and rentals across the street if you need them. Beautiful scenery!

This beach may be “crowded” but we are from the northeast where you barely have any space to breath when you go to the beach. We had no issue finding parking and it’s really easy to access so great with small kids. The food truck...More

All the beaches on St. John are beautiful. Maho is no different. The only issue we had was it was very crowded, didn't stay long and went to the other beaches. This beach is right on the side of the road. Get there early to...More

Very long beach...bring a chair if you can. Not much shade. Pretty crowded when we were there. But being able to be near sea turtles and watch them come up for air and go back down. It was a wonderful experience.

The water here is so calm. Great afternoon angle for the sun. Lots of turtles out this week. Now there is a rental shack and food truck across the street. We did not eat but we did buy a couple of sodas. Very nice people....More

If there was a fresh water source this would be as good as Turks bay, but the rentals are limited, generally bring your own. The sea turtles are still here to watch and look at, food truck and a trailer full of types of alcohol...More

Beautiful quiet beach with lots of wildlife. We were hoping to see sea turtles while snorkeling, but unfortunately, we didn't.

Any place in Cruz Bay is good depending on what style of food you want. Please take the ferry from Red Hook and do not drive over via the car ferry. They are not plenty and they are needed to bring cargo over and trash out... More
