We had a great time at Honeymoon Beach on Water Island! Timed it out well and was able to just catch the ferry that runs there from Crown Bay Marina hourly. (The ferry ride there and back by itself is worth making the trip. Such a beautiful place.) Luckily, Dinghy's Beach Bar offered a free ride from the ferry dock to the beach. It was a Monday, so we were able to get the last unoccupied shelter. However, we did rent a hammock and a lounge chair from Dinghy's. We also bought some beers and ginger beers (yum!) from them to cool us off and rehydrate from time to time. Everything was reasonably priced. We went in the water a couple of times (bring water shoes if you like to water-walk, there are some rocky spots). Otherwise, we took it pretty easy, watched the tour groups come and go on their boats, probably ended up staying there for four or five hours.

We didn't get to spend as much time here as I would have liked so definitely have to return. The food looked good and the colorful tables and chairs made for a great picture. Snorkeling was good- what we got to experience. Not too busy so finding a spot to yourselves wasn't difficult.

The water taxi was fine. There were no golf carts left to rent, and there was a beach paddle ball tournament. So, really loud music, lots of people and they were RUDE. Most of them came in boats from Puerto Rico. Without all that, it’s a beautiful beach and island.

We actually went to water Island to go swimming but changed our minds. What we did was say under an umbrella and ordered food and drinks and relax with the breath taking that surrounded us. We thoroughly enjoyed out short stay on water Island but it was worth it!

Stayed on Water Island for two nights. If you go, bring whatever you want to eat or drink. Very tiny store with limited food/drink. Closes at 5 sharp! A golf cart is needed to get around. Rachel's rents them for $55 and Dinghy's is $125. Great food at Dinghy's with GF options.

Going to this island was very relaxing. We opted not to rent a golf cart. We hiked up to the historic fort. It was a nice hike to an amazing view. We relaxed on Honeymoon beach after. It was so beautiful. Worth a trip over on the ferry.

Very fun day! - Took the ferry over, rented a golf cart, explored the island, had amazing pina colada ice (twice) and spent time on honeymoon beach. Beautiful day, we highly recommend it!

Great day here. Plenty to do w good snorkeling, swim up bar, rent a golf cart to tour the island, or just sit back and enjoy the beautiful beach.
