Went for a drive though the rain forest. The locals said "you have to visit the beer drinking pigs" while you're there. And so we did. We had a great time. Took a video but I am unable to post.....this will have to do.

There should be a listing of just the Rain Forest, but since there is not, this will work. We drove on Highway 69 south from Cane Bay and then west on 76 toward Frederiksted. We went past Country Mini Zoo and Store where we enjoyed...More

Interesting being in the rain forest except most plants and grass are dead due to the severe drought in St. Croix. Compared to rain forests on other islands the rain forest on St. Croix is a total bust. I'm sure this is a great tour...More

It's beautiful up there in the hills of the rain forest and so very interesting and hopeful to see the sustainable farming.

Looked interesting. Worth a drive up if you like animals. They let us just walk around the farm. Might want a 4x4. They had some baby pigs when we visited, very cute.

Non-alcoholic of course, but quite an experience. Through the rain forest is a bar that has 3 trained pigs behind a locked pen. For a $1 a beer the bartender takes you to the pen and gives you instructions as to how to hold the...More

Amazing place. I visited with a group of 14 as part of a service trip. They offer summer internships and farm stays. The staff there includes some of the kindest people you'll ever meet. Ask for Shelli. You stay in very comfortable cabanas.
