The colors on Chalk Sound are surreal. It is the most peaceful area I have ever visited. The colors are just glorious and unique. I would give this a 5 star rating but there are not really beaches to enjoy. However, the serenity is wonderful!

Beautiful view of the colorful waters of Chalk Sound. Not much else to it. We considered renting a kayak but passed.

This beach was beautiful! The water was like glass and no problem seeing everything below you! It was well hidden but worth the adventure.

Unless you're paying for a kayak or mini boat trip, there is very little public access points to the actual sound. Such a beautiful location. Should make more of it

When you want to get away from the tourist filled Grace Beach, go to Chalk Sound. Get a kayak, rent the pontoon boat and take in the scenery.

What can I say, this is a slice of heaven. Been here over 10 times over several trips to Provo and this is the reason to rent a car if anyone is wondering.
