As soon as I walked into the store it was great customer service from pleasant greetings to helping and giving detailed background of the item at choice. An employee of the company Miss Shivali assisted me through my time in the store and really showed tremendous professionalism and I couldn’t ask for a better time!! Thank you so much. And I will definitely recommend Miss Shivali and the store to anyone I come across. Also, I will definitely be coming back again.

Their customer service is second to none. The jewelry quality and design is continually evolving. They can custom create, and have an impeccable selection of exquisite, stunning, and timeless pieces.
I was completely impressed with their professionalism. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. I am a repeat customer of this business, and they never disappoint.
The team is always friendly and helpful. I’ve recommended them to all my friends and family, and I will continue to do so!

My friends and I were on vacation and decided to take a look at some jewelry. We really enjoyed seeing the variety this store. had to offer Great customer service. Knowledgeable and was not in a hurry to take care of us and all of our questions.

My wife and I had a perfect experience with Nisha at The Jewellery Palace on our honeymoon. She had expertise in her craft, knew the source of the various gems, and actually listened to our responses while chatting. We ended up with some beautiful emerald pieces that The Jewellery Palace was able to make small adjustments to within the hour so that we could return to our cruise on time. We felt very comfortable, with Nisha giving appropriate suggestions but not being pushy or overbearing. Will come back whenever we can! Thank you!

While on a cruise, my husband and I stopped in to find a gold chain for our coin pendant (that we actually got at Artifacts next door years prior). The Jewellery Palace had the PERFECT chain at a fair price. All the salespeople are so friendly, welcoming, and non-pushy. Our saleslady and the manager were fantastic in accommodating the length of chain we needed, etc. You can trust this shop. A+++

This family owned business is a breath of fresh air! Om, Tony & Tand were awesome! Very professional, honest, knowledgeable, hospitable & kind. Their jewelry pieces were absolutely stunning with the best prices anywhere we had been! Om was very knowledgeable & got excited being able to share information especially with my friend who is also very knowledgeable with Dimonds. We bought the perfect, beautiful gift for our child's graduation. Om was so kind with a great personality that drew us in right away. We look forward on returning & making more purchases in the future!

I met Tony and Nisha last year on my birthday. they sold me a beautiful ring at a fantastic price (and later earrings). I was not able tontravel for my birthday vacay this year, so I reached out on WhatsApp. Tony showed me rings in my price range. The one I picked out arrived 2 days later. Beautiful!
BTW, I lost a diamond from one of the earrings I purchased. I reached out on Faceboom. I got through to Tony and the earring was shipped off to be repaired. It was excellent customer service!
For insurance reasons, I had everything appraised. My jewler complimented the quality and was impressed with the prices I paid versus the appraised value.

Walked into this store just to browse, but their collection of pieces was so unique and lovely… I ended up buying multiple pieces that are classically beautiful and I wear nearly daily! Tony was super helpful but never pushy, and quickly figured out items that suited my taste in jewelry.
After I left The Jewellery Palace I decided to browse several other jewelry stores on the island…. Truly, the pieces here were so well organized and gorgeous, you don’t really need to bother stopping in anywhere else. I can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I were celebrating our 20th year anniversary shopping for a pair of diamond earrings. The customer service, direction and low pressure sales approach from The Jewelry Palace made for an exciting and rewarding experience. We would highly recommend the sales team, regardless if you’re looking for a trinket to remember your trip to Grand Cayman or a larger piece to signify a milestone. A+ would buy again.

I walked in & was welcomed by a wonderful worker named Tony. He was very kind in helping me find a suitable jewellery for myself. An Amethyst ring caught my eyes but it was quite pricey. I come from Canada so when I converted it was too much. However he was kind enough to meet us half way in our demand. I now finally have my birthstone ring thanks to Tony!!!
