About Morne Coubaril HIstorical Adventure Park
St. Lucia's All In One Experience in Soufriere! Morne Coubaril Historical Adventure Park is on an 18th century estate, near the World Heritage Pitons and the Sulphur Springs volcano. There is lots for you to do and we offer activities for every member of the family. Learn about our local history and culture from our working plantation, you'll even get to taste along the tour. Grab your adventure buddy for an exciting zip line through the canopy with great views of the Pitons. Hop on a horse and explore the estate cowboy style, ride into the volcano and on the beach. Hike through the lush rainforest and experience a natural spa treatment at a mineral waterfall. You'll work up quite the appetite but don't worry we serve a delicious local creole buffet lunch in our open-air restaurants. Browse our gingerbread gift shop and buy some of our locally made chocolate (yum!). Stroll and take photos on our beautiful estate at your own speed and take in the many views. Explore and be enchanted.

We went on the historical tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Jonathan was our guide around the traditional Carib village, herb and spice garden, cocoa bean processing, coconut harvesting and more. We were treated to fresh mangoes and coconuts picked especially for us and prepared by Terry. It was great value for money, around $11 (USD). We went in the morning and felt like we had the estate to ourselves and as we were leaving around 1PM large coaches of visitors from cruises/organised tours arrived so we would recommend going in the morning if you want a more private/peaceful tour. Definitely worth doing especially if you want some island history or if you're going to the nearby mud baths and waterfall. It's also nearby to Hotel Chocolat/Project Chocolat so is a good (and much cheaper!) alternative for seeing how raw cocoa beans are processed into a form ready for making chocolate. It's a good precursor to the bean to bar experience. Definitely worth the trip if you have a car to travel there.

Had a very informative tour of the estate with Jonathan our guide. Coconut tasting was great with Terry. Highly recommended and very reasonable price for the tour (approx £10 per person)

For this tour, I was paired with Vinia, who was s1uch a lovely person to talk with. She knew her history and had me sample a lot of tasty treats : sugar cane, tamarind, cocoa beans, cocoa nips, coconut and even marshmallow coconut ! I got to understand how people lived, to learn about a bunch of different trees, plants and flowers grown locally, and to view live demonstrations - whether it was the famous Coco Rina dance or the dehusking coconuts. I highly recommend this tour to anyone curious about learning more about St-Lucia while expanding their taste buds.

I booked both the 18th Century Estate Tour and the Zipline experience. For the Zipline experience, I was with Philip and Emery. I was a bit apprehensive, as I have an on/off fear of heights, but it was honestly so easy and fun once I got past the first line. It always felt safe and I got some amazing pictures and videos of the experience, courtesy of Philip.

Exhilarating experience! Jonathan and Dalton were very professional, attentive and fun. A bird’s view of the 2 Pitons, Soufrière town, Mount Gimie. Excellent and safe equipment, very good briefing before beginning. A regret though… too short! The 45 minutes went too fast…. On the estate there is also rum and chocolate, a herb garden, a shop.
